Delivery Information
The Little Hamper Company provides a Next Business Day National Delivery Service to Capital Cities and Major Metro Areas of Australia. Rural areas will take longer to be received, usually 2 business days although remote areas may take up to a week.
We use reputable carriers such as Australian Air Express, Australia Post and Star Trek Express to deliver our hampers.
We deliver weekdays, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We do not deliver on weekends, Saturday or Sunday.
By law Alcohol is not permitted to be ordered or sent to any persons under the legal age of 18. By placing your order online you as our customer are declaring that you are over 18 years. Alcohol, by law is not permitted to be left at the premises without obtaining a signature. In these circumstances a delivery notification form will be left and the item will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.
Residential Deliveries will be made between 7.30am and 6.30pm and Business Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm. Timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
While every effort is made to ensure the product contents listed will be used, circumstances may arise where containers and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.
